Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated person who is ready to better them self and is also willing to take more responsibilities What your job will look like? Perform quality inspection of semi-final/final products in accordance with established procedures, test plans and customer requirements. Immediately stop processes if there is potential technical, quality or safety-relevant suspicion. Monitor quality product during serial production. Present inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions. Document and evaluate inspection result on appropriate forms (SPC, ETF, etc.) Document all instances of rejected product in daily report. Block defective products. Trains co-workers in quality control concepts as requested. Creates and maintains current files for all quality related correspondence. Resolves in regard to rejected or non-conforming product. Reports any unusual discrepancies or problems promptly to direct supervisor, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems. Use tools and techniques of continuous improvement and the benefits these can bring, both to the facilities services being managed and to the core business.
