Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team immediately! Looking for folks to start on Monday 9/28 Apply now! Responsibilities Conduct detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess complex components accurately. Perform routine quality audits in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and FDA regulations to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement within the quality management system. Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time inspection feedback and ensuring adherence to quality control protocols. Maintain thorough documentation of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Proven experience in quality inspection within manufacturing environments, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of quality systems including
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency with calibration and use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis skills for quality metrics tracking. Experience conducting quality audits and supporting corrective action processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents accurately. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting findings clearly.
