What You'll Be Doing Perform aggregate sampling, testing, and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards. Monitor quarry production processes and communicate quality-related observations and recommendations to operations teams. Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot quality concerns and collaborate with production personnel to identify and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What Are We Looking For Knowledge of aggregate testing procedures, quality control practices, and industry specifications. Ability to accurately collect, analyze, and interpret data to support quality assurance processes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Proficiency with computers, testing equipment, and recordkeeping systems in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license. Work Environment Work is performed in both laboratory and outdoor quarry environments- traveling to multiple sites in a given day/week, but base location will be either Upton or Franklin, KY. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Frequent walking, standing, lifting, and climbing may be required. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn and safety protocols followed at all times.
