+ Assurance team is built for curious, communicative professionals who enjoy digging into the details while still seeking the big picture. You'll work closely with clients across industries, building lasting relationships, and have the space to find your niche within the field. Primary Responsibilities:

Learns and assists audit professionals under direction of Seniors, Supervisors, Manager, Senior Managers and Partners. Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures including workpaper preparation, audit, and accounting procedures, and documentation and testing of internal controls. Keeps current on technical issues and learns to apply them to client circumstances. Becomes proficient in the use of the Firm's technology and research tools. Begins to develop a command of GAAP and generally accepted auditing standards. Education, Experience + Certifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting from a four-year college or university zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience HTB is an equal opportunity employer.
