Job Requirements The Hydro Tester - is an individual selected to perform hydraulic pressure testing of tanks and vessels where applicable within our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fit up vessel connections to perform proper hydro test Ensure, review and confirm all hydro test pressures with QC and Production Manager for proper testing Test piping and or vessels to proper code test pressure Chart required equipment to customer spec Record, document and file all hydro test under ASME code standards Coordinate timing of AI with QC Manager Maintain tools and equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Manage and maintain work area to ensure safe working conditions with all pressure components Work Experience

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma. Minimum 2+ years' experience in a relevant field. Communications skills in English/Spanish (if applicable). Experience in a variety of hydraulic testing procedures. Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use PPE. Valid U.S. driver's license. Familiar with Global Vessel and Tank software programs
