This position is responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing trucks, recording accurate ticket information, assisting customers and drivers, and helping keep daily yard operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate the truck scale and accurately weigh inbound and outbound loads.
• Create and maintain scale tickets, customer records, and daily transaction reports.
• Identify material types and communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and yard personnel.
• Direct truck traffic safely through the scale area and yard entrance.
• Handle basic customer service duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized scale house. Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Experience in scrap metal, recycling, trucking, dispatch, or scale operations is preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
