full-time Scientist, Process Sciences (Contract) - Cambridge, MA I'm partnering with a biotechnology company to hire a Scientist, Process Sciences to support the development, characterization, and scale-up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering , or a related scientific discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in process research and development, preferably supporting oligonucleotide therapeutics
  • Experience with process development, optimization, and scale-up of oligonucleotide and/or small molecule manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on experience with process characterization and analytical methods for process and product development
  • Experience authoring and reviewing technical protocols, development reports, and manufacturing documentation
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process transfer activities, and development support
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred
  • Experience supporting oligonucleotide therapeutic development programs
  • Knowledge of API manufacturing processes for oligonucleotides and small molecules
  • Experience collaborating with CMOs, CROs, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Analytical Development teams
