Job Type:
Temporary | Full-Time Advance Quality and Precision in Manufacturing Are you an experienced CMM Programmer with a strong background in GD&T, metrology, and precision inspection ? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support new product development, quality assurance, and measurement system validation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Create, validate, and troubleshoot CMM and vision system programs using engineering drawings and CAD models Perform dimensional inspections, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and measurement studies on precision components Interpret and apply GD&T principles to ensure compliance with product specifications Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Inspection teams to support product quality initiatives Perform critical measurements using gauges, fixtures, and precision inspection equipment Support tooling, fixture, and gage development projects Train inspectors and technicians on inspection methods and measurement systems Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles Qualifications Experience programming CMMs and working with metrology systems in a manufacturing environment Advanced knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience performing mechanical inspections on precision-machined components Familiarity with inspection equipment, quality systems, and ERP software Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance If you're passionate about precision measurement, quality inspection, and advanced manufacturing technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise while expanding your skills.
