Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Associate will assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the quality management system and ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with ISO Standard and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Records verification to ensure product conformity to the quality management system in which product is manufactured under Assist in maintenance of quality management system documentation Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance activities are conducted according to assigned schedules Assist in conducting and scheduling external calibrations according to assigned schedules Develop, recommend and monitor areas for improvement in the quality management system Identify training needs Collect and compile statistical quality data; prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality objectives Assist in assuring that customer requirements, and quality and regulatory requirements are met Compose, audit and review documents related to multiple processes and provide feedback to process owners Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports General administrative and purchasing activities
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/Degree and/or relevant experience Able to multi-task and work independently Strong attention to detail Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent communication and writing skills Proficient computer skills (Microsoft) Must be able to read and write English General knowledge of ISO Standards and Quality System Regulations is a plus but not a requirement
