This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a fast-paced company that has continued to grow over the past 60 years! Responsibilities Inspect castings visually utilizing various measuring devices and prints as required. Perform various coding, marking, stamping for proper processing Subject castings to various testing methods as required (pressure testing, magnetic particle testing, bubble testing, etc.). Perform necessary record keeping duties as required. Prepare scrap reports, discrepancy reports, incoming material reports, draw castings repair sketches, etc. Prepare information for scrap review by plant staff and Quality Control Manager. Perform quality control audits as required. Ensure all castings are properly marked and tested in accordance to prescribed standards/ specifications. Straighten castings as required, prepare castings for X-ray. About you 3+ years of related experience (at least 1 year in manufacturing) Comfortable utilizing various measuring tools Ability to read blue prints NDT inspection (VT, PT, MT) experience a plus.
