Responsibilities:
Perform and document quality inspection activities of products at various stages of clinical production including receiving, in-process, finished goods and distribution inspections. Manages multiple clinical production lines at the same time, with various types of work order activity. Perform inspection of individual shipments for clinical distribution including cold chain, ambient and schedule product. Selects products for testing at specified production stages. Performs inspections during receiving, in-process, finished goods, and distribution stages as required. Ensures consistency across work orders to maintain clinical blinding requirements. Works efficiently in a clinical packaging environment using serialized kit numbers and multiple packaging lots. Manages multiple clinical production lines and various work order activities simultaneously. Completes and verifies documentation for accuracy and compliance. May oversee and report on pest control inspections. Interprets formulas to ensure adherence to specified quality and reliability standards. May participate on customer project and improvement teams. Records test data using statistical quality control procedures. Inspects and processes shipment of samples to customers. Supports proper storage of retain components and finished goods. Follows Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) requirements.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or clinical packaging environment Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related regulatory requirements Experience with inspection processes at receiving, in-process, finished goods, and distribution stages Familiarity with clinical blinding and work order documentation requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple production lines and tasks simultaneously 10300250 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
