As a Testing Technician, you will play a vital role in evaluating Keurig brewing systems, directly contributing to our ongoing product quality, development, and improvement efforts. Core Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of brewing systems, including performance and lifecycle testing. Support product development and improvement initiatives by executing established protocols for new components and brewers. Help ensure data integrity by meticulously recording and organizing test results within spreadsheets and documentation systems. Communicate findings to management, specifically calling out any quality concerns or irregular performance metrics. Investigate brewer malfunctions to help the team determine the underlying causes of observed issues. Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and standardized testing procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in onboarding new staff members by providing instruction on testing methodologies and data documentation standards. Ensure all testing records are kept up to date and that information is effectively shared with the appropriate departments.
