Job Description

QC Associate - 100%
Onsite Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine testing and data review of raw materials, in‑process samples, batch release materials, and/or stability samples of Bulk Drug Substance in a cGMP‑compliant laboratory. Execute routine procedures according to established methodologies and the responsibilities assigned within the specific QC sub‑team. Complete all assigned work through LIMS, following the curricula maps designated by the hiring manager.
Knowledge & Skills Education:
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in physical sciences, life sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience:
0-3 years in a laboratory or cGMP environment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with basic lab techniques (pH measurement, appearance testing, volumetric measurement, pipetting, analytical weighing). Understanding of standard laboratory safety practices.
Additional Skills:
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational abilities. Good manual dexterity. Proficiency with basic electronic systems (e.g., email, MS Office). Decision-Making Expectations Proactively monitor the work area, equipment, and workflow to identify any deviations from established procedures. Report discrepancies promptly to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity. Supervision Receives detailed instructions for routine tasks and guidance for new assignments. This role does not include supervisory or direct‑report responsibilities. Work Environment Daily interaction with supervisory staff for task assignments, coaching, and performance discussions. Occasional collaboration with other line managers for project‑specific needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Harvard, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.25 - $32.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
