Responsibilities of the Mold Inspector Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for defects or deviations Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards Document inspection results accurately in quality records and systems Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming materials Support root cause investigations for quality issues or defects Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization in inspection areas Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements Requirements of the Mold Inspector High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and measurement skills. Familiarity with inspection tools (preferred but can be trained). Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
