Job Description Develop, program, and optimize inspection routines using PC-DMIS on advanced CMM equipment. Lead and execute First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 requirements. Analyze engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to ensure dimensional compliance. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to investigate and resolve dimensional issues. Maintain inspection programs and measurement strategies for a diverse range of precision components. Support quality audits and compliance activities within an AS9100-certified environment. Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation. Contribute to PPAP, FAIR, control plan development, and equipment qualification activities. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of CMM programming experience within a precision manufacturing environment. Advanced PC-DMIS programming skills, including offline programming experience. Strong hands-on experience with Hexagon CMM systems. Expert understanding of GD&T and
