Job Description

Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift Hi-Tech Mold & Tool is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support our production and quality teams. This position plays an important role in ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards through inspections, documentation, and communication with multiple departments. Training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform product inspections and document inspection results Complete first article and sample inspections Maintain quality records and inspection logs Assist departments with quality concerns and resolving product issues Report defects or production concerns to the appropriate teams Collect and record quality data as needed Assist with calibration and incoming inspections Support Pressroom and Aerospace inspection activities Help manage non-conforming material documentation Work closely with Tool Room and Secondary Operations during production Train to become a DSQR approved source agent Learn to operate CMM equipment (training provided) Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or inspection experience preferred Basic mechanical measurement skills Ability to read blueprints/prints is a plus Basic math and simple algebra skills Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Hi-Tech? Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
