Job Description

Quality Control Inspector responsible for in-process inspection, incoming inspection, First Article Inspection, dimensional verification, and final product acceptance within a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Experience with quality control or inspection functions in a manufacturing environment. Experience using basic measurement equipment and inspection techniques. Ability to inspect products using scopes, gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), scales, micrometers, calipers, and visual inspection methods. Experience performing dimensional and non-dimensional inspections. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Experience evaluating inspection results for compliance with applicable requirements. Experience performing incoming inspection of parts, supplies, and raw materials. Experience with final product inspection and shipment verification. Preferred Skills Experience performing First Article Inspections. Experience with CMM inspection. Experience compiling dimensional inspection results and quality documentation. Experience working with source inspectors. Experience testing incoming raw materials. Job Responsibilities Perform in-process inspection sampling of manufactured parts. Conduct incoming inspection of parts, supplies, and raw materials. Perform First Article Inspections. Inspect products using scopes, gauges, CMM equipment, scales, micrometers, calipers, and visual inspection methods. Record dimensional and non-dimensional inspection results on required worksheets. Evaluate inspection results against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Verify final parts prior to shipment. Reconcile final inspection documentation for outgoing shipments. Identify nonconforming inspection results. Support source inspection activities as required. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Pay:
