Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections on complex electro-mechanical assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering documentation Complete inspection reports and document non-conforming materials Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) Use precision measuring and inspection tools including: Calipers Micrometers Multi-meters Pin gauges Feeler gauges Scales Verify workmanship standards and quality compliance throughout production Support quality objectives while maintaining production efficiency Requirements 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience within electro-mechanical manufacturing Experience inspecting assemblies, wiring, cables, or electronic components Strong blueprint and BOM reading skills Knowledge of First Article Inspection processes Familiarity with
