In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspections, testing, and documentation. Your proactive approach will help maintain our reputation for delivering top-tier products to customers worldwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in quality assurance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive our success forward. Duties Able to read blueprints, and technical drawings. Should have GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Prior use of calipers and microscopes. Should have process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) experience in the PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies space. Any testing and troubleshooting experience is a plus. Skills Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations from standards Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork Ability to operate testing equipment, measurement tools, and data recording systems proficiently Basic understanding of quality management systems such as ISO or Six Sigma principles is a plus Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratory testing, or quality assurance is advantageous but not mandatory US Citizenship Only Able to pass 3rd party drug/background checks #
