Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial bores and height gages to verify product dimensions
• Collect and analyze data using and electronic system to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Follow established QA/QC procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Inspect and evaluate product samples for defects or deviations from specifications

Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices and geometric tolerances
• Proficient in conducting quality inspections using various tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Capable of performing their work responsibilities with reasonable accommodations Experience running a CMM from solid models and working in an ISO9001:2015 certified environment is a plus.

Desired schedule is 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
