Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager contractor to fill the key quality deliverables for the company: oversight of the QMS system including the coordination of external ISO audits, act as a business partner to supply chain management in the development and monitoring of key suppliers, conduct quarterly quality reviews with senior leadership, and train the entire employee base on quality systems and initiatives. The Quality Manager will quickly assess the current Quality Management System (QMS), identify and prioritize gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure audit readiness. This role will coordinate with process owners and leadership to ensure procedures, documentation, records, and objective evidence are complete, current, and effectively implemented. audit preparation and readiness activities. Conduct QMS gap assessments and mock/internal audits. Identify, prioritize, and drive closure of audit-related gaps and corrective actions. Review and strengthen QMS procedures, documentation, and records. Ensure employees and process owners are prepared for auditor interviews. Coordinate audit documentation, evidence, and auditor requests. Support the organization throughout the external

audit. Track and resolve audit findings and verify corrective-action effectiveness. Provide leadership with regular updates on audit readiness and risks. Qualifications Proven experience preparing organizations for

ISO 9001

certification or surveillance audits. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements. Experience with internal audits, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and document control. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and drive time-sensitive deliverables to completion. Experience in a manufacturing environment

Contract Assignment Schedule:

Approximately 30-40 hours per week
