Quality Inspector - Temp-to-Hire | $20/hr Mon-Thu 6:30 AM-3:45 PM, Fri 6:30-11:30 AM Your eye for detail keeps our products perfect. We're looking for a sharp inspector to own quality across incoming and final test inspection. You'll use precision tools, read engineering drawings, and catch issues before they ship. What you'll do: Inspect parts and assemblies using micrometers, calipers, gauges, multimeters, and more Read blueprints, record data, flag non-conformances Process items in our ERP system and keep meticulous records Flex between Incoming and Final Test as workload shifts Support continuous improvement What you bring: HS diploma + hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical inspection tools 1-3 years in a similar role Comfort with engineering drawings and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
