A Quality Inspector inspects and evaluates products according to company quality control standards. Inspects goods or packaging in a production or manufacturing facility.
Performs incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections for plastic and medical consumable components using dimensional and visual inspection methods. Job Requirements High school diploma or technical school education. Previous experience in product inspection or quality control. Experience with CMM quality standards. Experience using measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers, and optical projectors. Familiarity with plastic components and visual and dimensional inspection criteria. Basic knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving methods. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience identifying and documenting non-conforming material. Preferred Skills Experience with medical consumables. Experience in plastic injection molding. Working knowledge of injection molding manufacturing environments. Knowledge of
ISO 13485
quality system requirements. Basic Mandarin reading, writing, or verbal communication skills. Experience with first article inspection of injection-molded components. Experience supporting calibration of inspection and measurement equipment. Job Responsibilities Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspections. Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components. Perform in-process visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional testing. Use microscopes, calipers, optical projectors, and other inspection equipment to verify product conformance. Identify, document, and trace non-conforming products during production. Perform final inspections of packaging and labeling prior to warehouse release. Verify plastic components against applicable visual and dimensional requirements. Update Standard Inspection Procedures and related quality documentation. Support calibration management for testing and measurement equipment. Maintain inspection records and document quality results.
Pay:
