Roaming Quality Inspector Salary:

$75,000 - $85,000

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location:

Baltimore, MD What you'll do: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across multiple project sites Document findings, track corrective actions, and verify they stick Coach and guide project teams — without needing direct supervisory authority to make an impact Analyze inspection trends and escalate issues that need leadership attention Build strong relationships with customers, contracting officers, and site management What you bring: 3-5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or a similar service environment A valid driver's license (held 3+ years) and comfort with frequent travel Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to read and apply complex contract requirements A collaborative, positive attitude — and genuine respect for the people you'll serve
