## Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our mechanical products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! ## Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize various measuring tools and equipment to assess product quality and performance. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to improve product quality. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in quality assurance or mechanical inspection preferred. Proven experience in mechanical inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
