The anticipated salary range for this role is $21 to $27 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for assisting Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and Inspection. The Quality Assurance Administrator will maintain databases and logs used by the quality department. The Quality Assurance Administrator assists the department by preparing stamp logs, calibration/certification logs, supplier approved lists and survey records, non-conformance and corrective action documents, tooling/equipment records, and will store/scan all records noted above.RESPONSIBILITIES
The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties. Maintain Quality Records and Logs in data base. Release Approved Documents as required for AS 9100 Standard Document and Data Management Schedule Training for Quality records completion Quality Management System updates Auditing, auditing schedules, and audit coordination Records management and Disposition of Obsolete Documents Stamp program management Maintain Corrective Action/Preventive Action Log Completed product documentation retention and storage Maintain Quality Alert Log and Record Retention Maintain Training Records for Quality DepartmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality administration, Quality Assurance or Quality related roles. Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additionally, the position may necessitate travel by air or automobile. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coats, to ensure safety in the production environment.
