Job Description

Title Quality Inspector Working Title Quality Technician Status Full-Time FLSA Status (US Only) Non-exempt Reports to Title(s) Quality Manager Effective Date 9/2/2026 SUMMARY Assist in development of written process instructions, document observations, assist in training workers, perform audits per schedule, assist in problem solving and in process development/improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Perform visual inspections of finished products. Investigate or report questionable test results. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions. Participate in internal assessments and audits as required. Adhere to company work rules, policies, procedures, work instructions and safety requirements. All other duties assigned by the supervisor or department manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High School Diploma Previous experience preferred Must be able to work safely Computer skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work in a manufacturing environment Exposure to heat, loud noise, dust, odors, dirt/dust and fumes Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, reach, and grasp Frequently lift and lower up to 50 pounds. Assistance is required when lifting over 50 pounds Frequently carry up to 50 pounds.
