This position is responsible for laboratory functions. Quality/Lab Inspector completes the day to day laboratory duties accurately and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Processes samples on lab equipment and completes all documentation required accurately and on time Completes lab tests, documents accurately and completed on time. (Injection Molding, Tensile Properties, Impact Properties, DSC, Moisture, Pellet Count, Melt Index, Density, Ash testing, Assures the lab areas is clean and organized Assures the lab area equipment is operated in a safe manor. Assists Quality Manager in IATF initiatives Maintains safe work area in the lab. Other duties as assigned by management

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of polymer/plastic materials/ plastic extrusion, preferred At least one years of experience as a Quality & Lab Technician and injection molding operator, required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a plastic injection molding/ polymer industry. ISO or

IATF 16949

2016, knowledge is a plus
