The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing inspection programs, performing detailed part layouts, and supporting quality and measurement-system activities. Key Skills & Qualifications Proficient in PC-DMIS software and CMM programming Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience performing part layouts and dimensional inspections Experience measuring free-state and non-fixtured components Knowledge of capability studies and process capability analysis Experience with Gage R&R / Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Familiarity with third-party certifications and inspection requirements Experience with fixture certification and validation Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Ability to analyze measurement data and communicate inspection results effectively
