Job Responsibilities:

Performing dimensional and visual inspection of incoming materials, first piece inspection of manufactured parts, in-process auditing of ongoing production, inspection of outsourced operations, and final inspections prior to shipment.

Job Duties:

• Develop in-process inspection control plans and inspection reports for new parts.
• Participate in the maintenance and documentation required for our

ISO 9001

Quality System.

• Perform and maintain records of gage calibration.
• Reading and interpreting blueprint requirements.
• Performing documented inspections per customer requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust the machine as needed to maintain product quality.
• Use of CMM, Optical Comparators, bore gages, micrometers, calipers and other basic inspection equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within a quality role is preferred.
• Able to effectively use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
