Bennett is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mending Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing established mending, reconditioning, and refurbishment processes to ensure products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Essential Responsibilities Repair rivet reels according to established work instructions. Perform mending, reconditioning, and refurbishment procedures. Inspect materials for quality and usability. Prepare finished products for shipment. Follow established work instructions and quality standards. Assist with material handling and inventory movement. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely when trained and authorized.
