Bennett is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mending Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing established mending, reconditioning, and refurbishment processes to ensure products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Essential Responsibilities Repair rivet reels according to established work instructions. Perform mending, reconditioning, and refurbishment procedures. Inspect materials for quality and usability. Prepare finished products for shipment. Follow established work instructions and quality standards. Assist with material handling and inventory movement. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely when trained and authorized.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, bend, and lift products throughout the workday Eligible to work in the United States Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
