We currently have an opening for a Quality Technician for one of our logistics customers in Romulus, this position is on 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm with some overtime and the rate of pay is $21.00 per hour. Training will be on 1st shift In person interviews are this week. Must be able to pass background check and drug screenings. Inspect inbound and outbound freight for damages, defects, and correct labeling. Ensure quantities and shipping addresses match customer specifications. [1, 2] Ensure goods comply with company policies and legal regulations. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP to accurately record test data and non-conformance reports. Perform internal process audits, evaluate packaging efficiency, and support root-cause analyses to resolve supply chain deviations. Oversee the quarantine or containment of non-conforming products to prevent defects from disrupting the supply chain. Participate in internal and external meetings when required Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 4+ as a Quality Technician experience in logistics Knowledge of the SAP/ERP system

• Strong communication skills while interacting with internal and external customers
• Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma
• College preferred; and/or three to five years of relevant experience in automotive or manufacturing customer service, part control experience required
