Job Description
Job Summary As a Faro Arm Inspector you will support quality assurance and tooling inspection activities. This role is responsible for performing precise dimensional inspections using Faro Arm equipment, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, and supporting build and customer quality requirements. Duties Perform dimensional inspections using Faro Arm in support of build and QA activities Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to validate part accuracy Complete and maintain Tool Inspection Records (TIR) or customer-required documentation Support customer buy-offs and quality reviews alongside Lead Inspectors Maintain and ensure proper calibration and handling of Faro Arm equipment Accurately record inspection data using document control systems Track and log labor hours against assigned projects Achieve quality and production goals Skills Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills Hands-on experience with Faro Arm or portable CMM equipment Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience Experience with Verisurf preferred
