An AKM will ensure all stations are stocked for service and oversee the execution of daily prep and menu items throughout service. This position also comes with an active role in managemental duties, such as the development of line cooks, prep cooks, and all hourly team members. As AKM you must be dependable, self-reliant, and passionate about great food and exceptional customer service. It is vital that you combine strong organizational and prioritization skills with professional dedication and a team-oriented attitude. What you'll do:
- Ensure that all recipes, product, food preparations and food execution meet the restaurant's specifications and commitment to culinary excellence
- Provide precise execution of food and timely flow of service by directing the team and effectively expediting service
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members
- Perform accurate inventories
- Place orders with multiple vendors
- Help ensure overall cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish, and storage areas
- Secure the building at end of selected shifts What you get from us:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in a culinary leadership role
