This role is responsible for developing and running CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting of measurement data.

Responsibilities:

Develop and run CMM programs for dimensional inspection Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation Review blueprints and apply GD&T to ensure accurate measurements Inspect parts, components, and assemblies to verify quality standards Assist with fixture validation and gauge calibration as needed Support first-piece inspections and production buy-offs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of CMM programming and inspection experience Experience with PC-DMIS (2020R or newer) Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience inspecting sheet metal or machined components Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Automotive or aerospace experience is a plus You should be proficient in: GD&T Machines & technologies you'll use: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
