You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The SCA Coordinator is responsible for the complete and detailed audit of each vehicle that is identified. The Auditor reports directly to the SCA Manager (based on shift). They Auditor integrates within the assembly plant and cross-functional team. They manage and lead the full scope of SCA standardized audit and continuous improvement efforts to ensure vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. The Auditor will be a leader within the Quality Organization and will be expected to execute with impeccable detail and focus to identify all potential issues best-in-class quality, a favorable industry reputation, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct/manage product audit daily activities, tasks and initiatives. Develop and implement a successful business plan for SWA that supports corporate objectives, processes, and standards for product audit. Manage/Direct CPA union staff. Including; posting, qualifying/testing candidates, training, certification, scheduling, expense approval, and calibration operations. Monitor individual auditor results to identify individual training needs along with yearly calibration/certification of auditors (Includes:
Hearing, Vision, and auditing performance) Provide first level review of audit conditions requiring clarification Conduct daily electronic manual vehicle selection to assure mix is consistent with daily production build. Ensure documentation of conditions identified, with immediate issue owner identification and awareness. Manages all major aspects of vehicle auditing (i.e.SWA, VLO
) and oversees data analysis for comparison to daily vehicle audits. Communicating results to SWA staff, Quality, and Plant Management. Work across functional organizations to drive cultural change throughout the organization Establish quality and reliability standards for customer product audits and quality processes. Drive the plant to resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, RRT, CSN) Support SPW Customer Experience Pillar by leading resolution of Quality issues Maintain SWA data measurement collection and reporting systems Ensure all equipment within the facility is calibrated and in working order. Deliver cars in conformity (SWA, TDF and VLO must be within assigned targets)Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Ability to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am) and weekends as needed Experience using Excel and working with data Effective presentation/public speaking skills Able to demonstrate both coaching and teaching Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated and directed Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projectsPreferred Qualifications:
