We provide design and advanced engineering services, tooling, manufacturing and assembly, sequencing and logistics, as well as systems integration services. POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will provide analytical, technical, and managerial support to the Quality Systems and Manufacturing Processes. Primary function of this role is to interact with the Customers, Quality Team, and Manufacturing developing and ensuring processes. This position will manage and lead the Quality Department. The Quality Manager will communicate and maintain customer expectations according to established product specifications.

POSITION SUMMARY

Direct interaction with the complete customer base for Mayco International to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide direction to appropriate Quality Engineers Establish and maintain documented quality system policies and procedures in accordance with

certification Comply with applicable audit requirements and communicate audit results to staff and management Lead and Support World Class Manufacturing methodologies Select audit team members and organize internal audit program Ensure the Corrective Action Program is managed effectively Document and communicate observations and problem-solving solutions Maintain Mayco Operating System database for Data Card reporting Manage plant containment activity Identify and provide training within the department and to the support staff Directly perform the following: Approve/refute Return Authorizations by QA Department, conduct employee evaluations, assign job responsibilities and review department expense reports Manage internal lab activities using Industry Standard equipment Project Support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree and/or CQE certification preferred 3 to 5 years in plastic injection molding Formal problem-solving training (8-D, 5 Phase, CAR,) Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Trained IATF 16949 or
