09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Job Scope Responsible for checking and validating both process parameters and product specifications. Communication to the operators on expectations. Responsible for Final Audit Checks. Provide guidance and support to ensure a customer-focused quality product is produced each and every time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform process and product checks as required in the inspection check sheets Perform final audit checks per AQL sampling guidelines for shipment Answer quality related questions from associates on the floor and drive clarity Notify Process Techs and Production Operators when product is found not to meet requirements Collaborate with Process Techs and Production Operators/Leaders to resolve issues and escalate as needed Observeforquality issues and address even if they are not included in checks Lead product sorts and provide guidance to associates that are supporting the sort Responsible for ensuring the product meets specifications before the next stage Possess a customer focused mindset Drive the quality mindset through production Maintain clarity of expectations Escalate any issues not clearly detailed in the check, spec and customer documentation Additional duties as requested Regular attendance pattern Qualifications 2-3 years of direct quality experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in blow molding, is required. High School Diploma/GED is highly desired 2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems is required 2+ years of experience with lean manufacturing principles is highly desired Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly desired, but not required Proficient with manufacturing processes Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Strong experience using quality measurement tools
  • Calipers, Micrometers Ability to read (in English) and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong time management Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Typical manufacturing environment 8-hour, onsite schedule.
