• What You Will be Doing
• Inspect circuit boards for defects and quality issues. Perform box audits and finished PCB assembly inspections. Identify and report defects. Work closely with team members to meet quality and production goals. Perform through-hole soldering and PCB rework.
• What We're Looking For
• Strong attention to detail Good eyesight and ability to spot small defects.

Reliable and dependable work habits Ability to work well with others. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and quality standards. Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Quality Control /PCB soldering or rework experience is a plus — but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
