Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with
IPC-A-610
specifications. This role involves conducting quality audits, performing inspections, and maintaining quality systems to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Utilize vision inspection systems and other tools to assess product quality and compliance. Hand soldering, solder removal and rework where required Inspection of production assemblies to ensure they are assembled according to drawings (prints), Bill of Materials (BOM), job traveler and 1st article Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities. Assist in the fabrication process by providing guidance on quality management practices. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Requirements 1-3 years' experience in assembly preferred. Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies. IPC training preferred. Strong understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality and safety. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in decision-making. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings clearly. Be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Be able to life a minimum of 10 pounds.
Shift:
