Responsibilities Design and implement innovative manufacturing solutions to enhance overall throughput and process capability. Evaluate and procure advanced production machinery by conducting thorough vendor assessments and cost-benefit analyses. Lead the installation and integration of new equipment, providing technical guidance to installation teams to ensure operational readiness. Drive continuous improvement by developing standardized operating procedures and maintaining rigorous process documentation. Empower production teams by creating comprehensive training programs and technical support resources. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or 5+ years of equivalent manufacturing experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and design tasks. Preferred Skills Experience with automation and robotics integration in a high-volume environment. Proven track record of managing capital equipment projects from proposal to implementation.
