Job Summary:
As a 1st Shift Quality Control professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products and services. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in identifying and addressing any issues, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet established quality standards
  • Identify and document any defects or non-conformity, and work with the team to implement corrective actions
  • Perform routine checks and tests on equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality control procedures
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on quality metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our distribution center, where you will be responsible for performing quality checks and inspections in a fast-paced, warehouse environment. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating various equipment.
Compensation:
This is a temporary position with a target pay rate of $18 per hour.
