As a Marketing Platform Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll ensure marketing campaigns are accurately configured, tested, and deployed through our marketing engagement platform and related technologies. You'll collaborate with Marketing Coordinators, Solution Architects, the Marketing Platform Product Owner, and lottery clients to identify issues, maintain quality and compliance, and support effective use of the platform through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement. Validate campaign configuration, audience targeting, personalization logic, triggers, business rules, and scheduling prior to deployment Execute test plans and pre-launch validation activities to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with documented requirements Identify, document, and communicate defects, inconsistencies, and implementation issues, working with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Participate in cross-functional peer reviews and quality assurance processes involving Marketing Coordinators, Developers, and Solution Architects Assist with campaign troubleshooting, post-launch validation, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain documentation related to marketing platform processes, standards, workflows, integrations, and best practices Support the Marketing Platform Product Owner by updating and organizing implementation guides and other knowledge base articles Contribute to the development and maintenance of platform governance, quality assurance standards, and operational processes Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards Research and implement testing automation approaches to increase consistency and reduce manual errors Who You Are A collaborative communicator, skilled at working with stakeholders and documenting information clearly. Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency. Analytical and proactive, able to identify issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions. Organized and accountable, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, quality assurance, business analysis, or a related field. Experience working with marketing automation platforms. Experience performing testing, QA validation, or process reviews. Familiarity with Jira, Planner, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar work management and documentation tools. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Ability to interpret business requirements and validate implementation against specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong understanding of campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and customer engagement programs.
