In this direct-hire role, you won't just be "checking boxes"-you will be a vital gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every component meets the rigorous standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and maintain PC-DMIS programs for complex plastic components. (will consider Zeiss Calypso experience) Perform high-level inspections including First Article Inspections (FAI). Interpret complex blueprints and ensure compliance with strict GD&T specifications. Utilize knowledge of AS9102 standards to document and validate quality processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in CMM Programming.
Technical Skills:
Mastery of PC-DMIS software is required.
Expertise:
strong proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Standards Knowledge:
Familiarity with AS9102 reporting and First Article Inspection protocols.
