Assist in developing and improving troubleshooting guides, maintenance procedures, work instructions, and electrical safety protocols. Follow applicable electrical codes, manufacturer requirements, personal protective equipment requirements, and company safety procedures; perform work only within the scope authorized by training, licensing, and law. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area and properly care for tools, test equipment, service parts, and inventory. Assist with receiving, organizing, storing, picking, and preparing inventory or orders for shipment when operational support is needed. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and root-cause analysis skills with close attention to quality and detail. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to Customer Service team members and customers.
