Shift Pay:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience Join an Employee-Owned Manufacturing Leader Aprios Custom MFG is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer committed to precision, quality, and continuous improvement. We're seeking an experienced Quality Technician III to support quality assurance activities for precision injection-molded products in a regulated manufacturing environment. If you have experience with CMM operation, GD&T, blueprint reading, metrology, and quality inspection , we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Quality Inspection & Metrology Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on manufactured components Verify product quality using engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements Set up and operate CMM equipment to inspect critical dimensions and complex features Utilize precision measuring instruments including: Calipers Micrometers Height Gauges Pin Gauges Optical Comparators Interpret GD&T requirements and engineering documentation Production Quality Support Conduct first article, first-piece, and in-process inspections Monitor production quality and identify nonconforming conditions Generate and support NCR documentation Assist production teams with root cause analysis and corrective actions Help improve inspection methods and quality processes Quality Systems Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation Support

compliance and audit readiness activities Utilize ERP/MRP systems for quality reporting and traceability Promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing Experience with precision measurement and metrology equipment Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Working knowledge of GD&T Experience conducting first article and in-process inspections Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently on 3rd shift Preferred CMM operation or programming experience Medical device, aerospace, automotive, or plastics manufacturing experience Injection molding quality experience IQMS, DelmiaWorks, or ERP/MRP experience ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
