Power Systems, a subsidiary of Applied Industrial Technologies, is seeking a Hose Assembly Technician. You will collaborate with an experienced team that has strong product, vendor, and system knowledge.

Position Responsibilities :

Manufacture hose assemblies to required specifications. Handle shop associates that need hoses modified or new hoses. Visually verifies product compliance to customer and company specifications. Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria. Utilizes hand and power tools, electronic and pneumatic testing fixtures and devices. Complete department work assignments in a timely manner. Shift work assignment priorities when needed and as directed. Responsible for organization of tools and workstation cleanliness. Understand and utilize proper tools and calibrated equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Mechanical aptitude. Understanding of tools and assembly techniques

Preferred:

Hose assembly experience Strong mechanical skills.

Desired characteristics:
