Position Overview Hours:

Monday- Thursday, 2:00 PM- Midnight (12:00 AM) We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspection technician. This individual will inspect and test products and services provided to our customers to ensure they meet required specifications.

FIRST SHIFT

schedule before 2nd Shift schedule begins,

First Shift Hours:

Monday- Thursday, 5:00 AM- 3:00PM

• The ideal Quality Inspector will have: Attention to detail; Ability to read blueprints and perform math calculations; Strong reading comprehension and communication skills; Ability to stand, walk, reach without restrictions; Familiarity and/or knowledge of ISO9000, AS9000, QS9000 or other industry specifications; Experience with internal/external audit processes; Good employment record in roles requiring strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to quality. Essential Job Responsibilities Timely inspection of parts according to work instructions and customer specifications; Use of inspection tools, such as x-rays, humidity chamber, and micrometer; Completion of required paperwork (such as form QMF 09) for approved parts; Use of precision measuring instruments, including electronic devices; Inspect color, finish, dimensions, hardness, density or other measurable or observable characteristics of material; Ensure proper preventive maintenance and calibration of inspection tools; Follow all ISO, NADCAP, AS, ITAR, and other regulatory requirements.
