Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact our success and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and optical comparator Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop orders Apply basic GD&T principles in inspections Identify and document non-conformances and communicate with the team Tag and track part status accurately Collaborate with machine operators and Quality Manager to resolve issues Assist with packaging, shipping, and general shop support as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of quality inspection experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand blueprints Familiarity with precision measuring instruments Team player with good communication skills Willingness to jump in and help where needed Schedule & Location Day Shift Flexible hours available On-site position in Lakeville, MN Compensation Competitive pay based on experience If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your team supports you, and your career can grow, Berkness Swiss is the place for you.
