Job Description

Overview Resonetics, the world leader in micro manufacturing for the life sciences industry, is changing the industry and elevating the customer experience resulting in rapid growth domestically and internationally. We are seeking to add a Quality Inspector to our team on 1st shift. The hours for this role would be from Monday-Friday 6am-2pm. This position employs an individual skilled in quality assurance techniques utilized in the manufacturing of micromachined components. Area of focus includes but is not limited to: Performance of Inspection (Visual and Dimensional) on product, along with the recording and analysis of inspection data. Other activities may include the support of statistical process control, sampling plans, parts measurement, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, and other Quality System activities. Responsibilities Perform inspection and record data, as defined. Perform data analysis, as defined. Training of Production Personnel on inspection and data recording tasks. Participation in Corrective Action, Process or Inspection improvement activities, as assigned. Required Qualifications Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred. Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable. Good verbal and written communication skills preferred. Preferred Qualifications This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, and handling of light materials, including in a cleanroom environment. Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.00-24.00/hr For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
